About the Cain Advisory Group
What We Do
The Cain Advisory Group provides customized levels of bundled business solutions that establish and monitor core elements of your business.
- Establish internal workflow systems.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Process payroll and manage taxes.
- File and pay your business and individual taxes on time.
- Create and implement business and financial plans.
- Establish systems to help you track and reach your financial goals.
Our professional management of your vital business services will help you streamline internal systems to reduce taxes, generate greater profitability, and focus on what counts—managing the business as a whole rather than as parts of a whole.
How We Can Help You
Cain Advisory Group has wide-ranging in-house experience coupled with a full complement of services. Working as an integrated team, we help you work on your business rather than in it. As a result, we consolidate core back-end administrative services so management and ownership can spend their time on new business development.
Why the Cain Advisory Group
The Cain Advisory Group is the only San Diego firm that unifies your legal, tax, bookkeeping, accounting and financial planning functions. By bundling your small business needs under one roof, we provide coordinated counsel to expertly manage your back office and increase your profitability.
As the only local law, tax, payroll and business consultancy firm who bundles diverse functions, the Cain Advisory Group is a partner who manages your legal needs; plans and preps your federal, state and local taxes; and provides full bookkeeping and payroll services. The value to you: integrating expert advice with needed back-end administrative functions.
Our Small Business Solutions are designed to give you unified and integrative services—in other words, blending multiple services under one roof and with one team. As a result, we give you one set of collaborative ‘go-to’ partners rather than separate firms housing your consultant, lawyer, tax attorney, bookkeeper and CPA.
Providing coordinated small business legal and business solutions increases your internal communications and profitability while decreasing your overall tax vulnerability.

2023 TAX TIPS!!
TAX ORGANIZER: Use the tax organizer located in your smart vault portal>TY2023>client tax organizer folder to gather the necessary source documents to complete your return
2023 ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENTS:
To complete your tax return, we will need to know the estimated tax payments that you paid and the date you made those payments.
HEALTH INSURANCE:
If you receive an Advanced Premium Tax Credit, we need to reconcile the credits on your return using the Federal Form 1095-A, 1095-B, 1095-C and/or California Form 3895. Some of these forms may not be mailed till March 1st, so they are easy to miss. When you receive these forms, please upload to the portal to the TY23>client source document folder.
CRYPTOCURRENCIES AND DIGITAL ASSETS:
Did you receive, sell, exchange, gift or dispose of any crypto or digital assets in 2023? The IRS requires a YES or NO answer to these questions on page 1 of your federal tax return. If you mined, bought, sold, sent, received, or disposed of any cryptocurrencies, please include your details with your source documents.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions! We look forward to working with you!
